The Scene
Because we went on a weekday, the Chia branch did not have the party atmosphere I envisioned. All the tools were there, however, for a raging party. There were numerous tables (that were largely empty on a school night), multiple dance floors (that mostly remained un-danced), and a few large open kitchens (that were operating at half speed).

The Food
I should first note that the menu was a book of considerable length. Granted, pictures were involved. But, still, it was a book. Out of that book, we settled on the following:

The Longanisa con Queso was spicy, cheesy and delicious.

The Chuleton (pork chop) was served sizzling hot and topped with red peppercorns. It was a bit dry and a bit sweet for me, however.

The Punta de Anca (sirloin) was perfectly cooked medium rare. It was chewy and had a bit of fat to provide plenty of flavor.

The Povelatta Queso was basically grilled cheese with tomatoes. The bottom had crunchy cheese, which was gooey, and sprinkled with oregano.

The Verdict
Overall, it was a fun experience. The food was tasty but not extraordinary. It was worth visiting once but I doubt I would go back on another school night. I might consider another visit on a Friday or Saturday night.
